EXCLUSIVE
Production of premium leathers are exclusively licensed and monitored by our tanneries, producing the right leather for your products under direct Q technical supervision using Q furnished proprietary chemistry and production techniques.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Q has full access to the R&D lab at our chemical supplier partner in Taiwan to develop proprietary chemistry utilized in our tanning processes. We work with our licensed tannery partners to develop proprietary tanning techniques and processes to meet specific customer leather requirements. Full REACH certification is provided for all of our leather by an independent 3rd party lab.
KNOWLEDGE

CONTROL
Q controls all aspects of the process from start to finish. We maintain direct involvement at the manufacturing level with inspections prior to, during, and after the manufacturing process prior to shipping the product to assure all Q standards are maintained for the customer.

CONSISTENCY
Q provides access to the highest quality pelts available globally. Production of preselected premium leathers are only processed in exclusively licensed and monitored tanneries. The tanning of all hides is under our direct technical supervision using Q furnished proprietary chemistry and production techniques. Multiple inspections throughout the tanning process and final 100% inspection prior to shipping assure consistent premium quality for every shipment.
Specifications
All Q leathers are REACH compliant and tested by a 3rd party outside lab. Test reports are available upon request. All of our leathers have also been CE EN388 tested by our end customers for abrasion, cut, puncture and tear ratings. With our ability to partner and serve as a brand’s leather division, we can develop leather to meet your specific needs and requirements.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Q’s upstream controls and processes assures the internal quality evaluation process is easier and more assured. Our quality assurance process and multiple inspections are based on meeting/exceeding our customer’s product specifications. Q will also supply all necessary testing for environmental requirements worldwide.
